Tier 1 Design Service
Base fee: $1,150
We work together from start to full delivered and installed project. We source from custom, trade-only vendors and handle all of the backend of the project - all done remotely.
1-hour Kickoff Meeting!
Comprehensive design questionnaire about your space, measurement guide and shared inspiration boards.
One round of revisions are included in the base fee. Additional revisions are available at a hourly fee. (Note: We have rarely had to go over one round.)
Finalized 2D room design and rendering with corresponding design board with trade-only, custom furniture, thoughtfully resourced textiles , and accessories, with a singular link for confirmed purchase. You can buy it all or you can just purchase a few - whatever feels right for you!
Direct messaging with your designer throughout the entire process including post design implementation and installation.
Current Turnaround times: Approx. 2-4 weeks for design deliverable.
Base fee: $650
We work together from start to 5-business day post-design deliverable. We source from retail vendors and provide an easy shopping list with all specifications for you for purchasing.
