1. The value of your Initial Design Package is valid for six (6) months from the purchase date. To lock in the original pricing, your project must begin within that timeframe. If more than six months pass without starting, and pricing has increased, a separate invoice will be issued for the difference before the project can move forward.

2. You’re drawn to the Elle Macque design aesthetic and feel it aligns with the style you envision for your own home.

3. For a full room design, a budget of at least $8,000 is ideal to ensure there's room for timeless, high-quality pieces that truly elevate your space.

4. You are prepared to bring the space to life post design delivery due to the nature of online shopping and risk associated with items going out of stock. Resourcing fees due to items going out of stock (outside of the 5 day post design delivery window for 3d/2d vision boards, 2 days for mini 2d vision boards and 1 day for express consult) are $50 per item. *If you would like to secure your package and are not ready for Elle Macque to start designing, please let us know your desired time frame during our initial ‘Welcome’ email correspondence period.

5. You understand that, at times, Elle Macque Interiors receives a small commission from the products purchased through their associated links. This is at no extra cost to you. While we wouldn’t select an item due to a commission, we do as that when you get into the purchasing phase, you use the links that we directly sent. As a small business, every little bit helps :)

6. Due to our accommodating revision policy, we do not offer refunds after the design phase has been started by your designer.

7. Purchasing your design package will place you into Elle Macque’s design queue. Turn around times in getting started can vary, but are currently around 1-3 weeks. Once your designer begins your design, you will be notified via email.

8. All typical design correspondence will be done via email, as this is a virtual service. Phone calls and video chats will be conducted on an as needed basis, but are typically not needed or a part of the design service.

9. You recognize that because this is virtual (online) design, we have not and cannot see every item that we recommend in person. We use our design expertise along with reviews to ensure high quality items that will fit within your design. Items can always appear different than expected IRL than online or in your design. This is an associated risk with online design- we will help you to facilitate a suitable replacement if this does happen.

10. Elle Macque often shares our client designs on social media. Please let us know upfront if you prefer your designs not be shared with others.
