1. The duration of the total service time is 60 consecutive minutes (1 hour.) Your consultation time will be selected by you via a scheduler.

2. The value of your One Hour Express Consultation Package is valid for one (1) month from the date of purchase. To lock in the original pricing, your project must begin within that timeframe. If more than one month passes without starting, and pricing has increased, a separate invoice will be issued for the difference before the project can move forward.

3. Due to the turnaround for this consultation, we do not offer refunds after a session has been scheduled at this time. Please reach out immediately if purchase was made in error (within 24 hours.)

4. You’re drawn to the Elle Macque design aesthetic and feel it aligns with the style you envision for your own home.

5. For a furniture/piece selection request, we ask that you submit your budget per piece so that we can accurately select timeless, high-quality pieces that truly elevate your space. We suggest reviewing our Budget Guide to assist with understanding your budget.

6. Due to the time constraints for the Express Consultation, you understand that not all items wished to be selected maybe fit into the timeframe. We suggest this service for a 2 item request maximum. If you feel that you would require more assistance, please reach out directly and we’ll see what options might fit best for you.

7. You understand that, at times, Elle Macque Interiors receives a small commission from the products purchased through their associated links within their suggested retail items. This is at no extra cost to you. While we wouldn’t select an item due to a commission, we do ask that when you get into the purchasing phase, you use the links that we send directly. As a small business, every little bit counts!

8. All typical design correspondence, besides their video call for the 60-minute consult, will be done via email, as this is a virtual service.

9. You recognize that because this is virtual (online) design, we have not and cannot see every item that we recommend in person. We use our design expertise along with reviews to ensure high quality items that will fit within your design. Items can always appear different than expected in real life than online. This is an associated risk with online design. We will help you to facilitate a suitable replacement if this does happen.

10. You understand that an on-site professional (builder, vendor, etc.) will be needed to confirm any floor plan revisions by Elle Macque Interiors for when/if it comes to any recommended structural changes. Elle Macque Interiors will edit and adjust a floor plan from with measurements provided by the client, but cannot confirm the on-site validity.

11. Elle Macque often shares our client designs on social media. Please let us know upfront if you prefer your designs not be shared with others.
